ok thats sounds fine also... besides what i have listed is there anything else video ram effects?
No, video RAM doesn't really come into play until you are using high end cards for Ultra settings in the newest games. Even then I use a 1 GB card myself. Over 1 GB is really overkill, gaming is more based on the actual specifications not a front line number =P, but that is a great way to get quick sales. "Bigger is better so we will buy this".

ok thank you so much i really apreciate you helping me ive decided to go with 1gb
The 7690m would be much faster. The 7690m is a renamed 6770m, and the 7470m is a renamed 6490m.
In video games beside minecraft (minecraft runs fine on the 7470m) the 6770m/7690m rapes the 6490m/7470m.
The 6770m/7690m has 480 shaders, while the 6490m/7470m has 160 shaders. The core clock on the 6490m/7470m is a little higher, but the 7690m still destroys the 7470m in gaming. It is the difference between 15 fps in a game vs 45fps. And it is not because of the 2gb vram vs 1gb, that has extremely little impact for one screened laptop gaming, it only makes a difference in multi monitor high resolution setups.
Bottom line, if you are gaming, get the 7690m as it is way faster, if not gaming, save your money and go with the 7470m.
