I have tried over 10 programs all of them are saying the same thing my fans are going crazy.
I believe it's running to hot but most programs don't read AMD CPU temps correctly. Either way you should check the voltage and reapply the thermal paste.
Been like this for about a year. And this is idle when it's on games oh Jesus it's like 87*C it's ****in crazy.
Can you open your case quick and just make sure there are no bugs or mice in there? (outlandish I know, but it's more common than you think, I've done this as a job.)
If there is nothing then the only option left is that the thermal paste is just old, dry, and cracked to the point where it's not transferring heat properly.
I would strongly recommend having a small shop (NOT BEST BUY OR STAPLES OR A RETAIL STORE) do this, but if you think you can handle it on your own:
There are guides on how to do it in more detail. Get some thermal paste (don't cheap out, you will regret it) take off the heatsink and take out the processor (again, guides). Clean the old thermal paste off the processor and heatsink with at LEAST 90% isopropyl alcohol. Once it's all gone and the processor and heatsink are completely dry put the processor back in, re-apply the paste (grain of rice, no larger) and put the heatsink on. If there is paste squeezing out the sides, you put on too much and need to start over.

I looked in my case nothing the heatsink is fine and i'm getting a new PC in a couple days so I ain't gonna do anything yet but when I get my new PC I will look at the proccessor.

I meant thermal paste when I said heatsink, lol. (Been doing menial tasks all day.)
If you're getting a new PC in a few days don't bother with it for now then, just be cautious as the chance of the current computer dying are extremely high. Or more realistically, your PC should have died already and you are very lucky.

I know also the system was made by gateway the model is an GT5662.

Take a screenshot of the first tab of CPU-z that shows the voltages.
I can't imagine it would be running that hot for very many reasons.
If it's a broken temperature sensor your fans should not be on so high and your computer should not be shutting off.
However, the fact that it's reaching 190C is staggering.
Voltage is correct I have tried everything.

What number is the voltage set at?
You said you recently cleaned the computer of dust, do you have pets or smoke?
I have one pet but it's outside and I have never smoked in my life im getting a screen of CPU-z

When I usually game it goes to 90C and after about 3 hours it shuts off.

Gateways don't have a very long shelf life, unfortunately. In my experience even Acers (Armpit of the laptop industry) last longer. :/
Well When I get my new computer I am going to look inside salvage anything worth of value and sell it.

There's a really high chance that your CPU burned out something already.
I actually consider gateways and acers one of the better brands. Had a better track record with me then Dell or HP.
