I don't know about the processor. 4GB of ram isn't a huge step from 3GB, so I don't think you'd notice much a difference there. 1TB harddrive isn't bad, and the video card is fairly decent. I would suggest you go with something better though.
For web browsing and stuff, its great, for gaming, NOPE. The graphics card in it is horrible. No it is not worth it for the money because it is pre-built.
Well I built my own computer >.> But.. it sounds like a pretty good one except the power supply might be a little too low.. since most good Video cards for PC gaming are about the price of that whole thing.. and most use about 600W alrdy.

Well do you have any graphics card suggestions then?
Processor is very weak especially at that price graphics card is as bad that whole build is terrible for the price. Your going to have to speed like 800$ to get a good prebuilt and maybe 700$ if you build your self depending on what games. A computer to run minecraft fine is like 450$ custom built.

You must be a nimrod. A x4 965 is just fine. Its one of the higher end amd cpus. Horrible, hah! Your pretty funny.
Op: The case, psu, and gpu are pretty low end. You might want to look into replacing them yourself if you buy this.
Look up tutorials on building your own (video tutorials are the best. I recommend the one by HardwareCanucks on Youtube). If you think you can handle it, we can suggest you parts to buy. If you don't think so, then you could go with a pre-built, although I would recommend getting one directly of CyberPower or iBuyPower.
Sitfull there are a few things I want to ask you about your upgrade.
What kind of games will you play on this new computer?
What size monitor will you be playing them on/ resolution?
Are you stuck with purchasing a prebuild?
Comparing your old setup to the new one is a very large step up.
The memory in your old one is more than likely DDR, so a jump to 1333 DDR3 will be nice.
The video card would be considered a mid grade for today's standards.
Meaning it will play most games on medium - high settings 1920x1080 *23-25 inch usually*
Even though its the same amount of storage, speed and cache size have improved over the years so load times will be much faster on games and other things.
Overall, for the price, it isn't bad at all. Personally though, if you want to make it worth your while, I'd suggest building it.
Well, im already used to playing most games on the lowest setting on this computer, so it wont be a big deal if i cant max out any, i just need something that will make the game actually playable on the lowest settings, so yeah, it looks like im gonna be getting this
It looks like quite a step up from my current one
Amd Athlon LE-1660 2.8GHz Processor
3GB Ram
GeForce 6150SE nforce 430
500GB Hard Drive
So what do you say? Is it worth the money?
Well do you have any graphics card suggestions then?
It looks ok but i think you should get at least a 6770 graphics wise.

whoops i read the specs in his post as the ones in the link heh been up way too long.
No worries then.
I have the 6770, it's a good GPU and it runs BF3 smoothly here, maxed out and at 1920x1080. As far as I know, it's around $100 at the moment.
