Hm, this is a very hard question for me. I don't play a lot of campaign games, mostly sandbox games (due to there longevity) but I am almost done with Darksiders 2. But the last game I %100 finished is Half Life 2. Amazing game!

And I'm stuck at the Crystal Cavern after having built a sorcerer (all the enemies in that area have like 66% magic resist, so it really, really sucks for me). I have a good sword that I can use, but it's an enchanted+4 Painted Guardian Sword, so half the damage it does is magic damage. I've sort of screwed myself on this one.
Anyways, I think Dishonored is the last game I beat. I went for the low chaos route. I really wanted the clean hands ghost achievement, but knocked out guards would always fall into some water or something, and that counts as killing them, so bleh. It wasn't a particularly long game (I spent around 20 hours with it), but it was a satisfying experience.
The last game I truly finished was Super Mario Galaxy. I 100% completed that game, getting every star as Mario and then again as Luigi (final star count is 242). The game's just amazing in every way, truly the finest 3D platformer yet created, so I never got bored of it.
I mostly play sandbox games that I can't technically beat... The closest I can technically get is Thirty Flights of Loving, which only takes 20 minutes to beat anyway, and is made purely for the story.
You have access to the Giant Blacksmith in Anor Londo so you could make a +5 lightning weapon which may do more damage although that is a bit much to do for one area. When you die to Seath once though you don't need to worry about the clams entering with you so you can run past all the mobs. Just make sure to look up guides on cutting his tail for the Moonlight Greatsword for your INT build.
Stack up on blooming purple moss (anti-toxin) and normal purple moss (anti-poison) from the female merchant in the viaduct leading to the Undead Burg from Firelink Shrine or farm them from the Ents in Darkroot, these make the decent much easier. You could also get the rusted iron ring by returning to the Undead Asylum to move without hindrance when you reach the swamp.
Every time beat the two Ogre's guarding the entrance threw the sewer-ish area, I get lost and always fall off, I think I need a few pyro spells so I can take enemy's away at a distance.

I cheered when I watched the rebel flagship explode. One of the most difficult games to beat that I've played in a long long time. Currently I'm like 1 win out of every 16 play throughs
Same as Muenzen. The only games I play are Spore, Minecraft and Team Fortress 2, and those games can't be beaten(Getting to the Galactic Core or getting the Omnipotent title in Spore doesn't exactly counts as beating the game as life still goes on).
But I think the last game I have completed is Need for Speed Underground 2, back in January. Ah, the months I didn't needed to go to school. How I miss them...*sniff*
It was only for kicks, really, I wanted to try out the "Ganon's Castle as Young Link" glitch. Funnily enough, the two resurrecting Stalfos in the escape sequence were harder than Ganon, even though Ganon could kill me in one shot (Also for kicks, I did it with 3 hearts).
T'were funny to see Link beating up Ganon with the Kokiri sword (well, it was technically the Master Sword but it looks like the Kokiri Sword if you're a child).
Last game i finished was FlatOut 2 - Winter Pursuit.
Sam & Max are such amazing characters!

Legit: Portal 2, singleplayer
I am a HUUUUUUUUUGE portal fan.
Serious part. I rarely play games with endings. I usually play MMOs and Minecraft, which are kinda impossible to beat.

Soon it will be Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne
Almost done with orcs must die though
