Chloe's app:
Name: Chloe Edwards
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Power(s): She has the power to, upon touching any piece of machinery, absorb it into her body and either heal from it and expel it from her body or utilize it immediately, turning any part of her body into said machine.
Weakness: She is pretty frail.
Appearance: She's almost your stereotypical cowgirl - red long sleeved shirt, tattered blue jeans, a black cowboy hat with a red stripe near the brim, and knee-high brown boots. You can see a long black ponytail sticking out from the back of her hat, and she has grey eyes. She also has a western accent, although it's not very obvious.
Personality: She is somewhat sarcastic, but usually kindhearted, hard-working and friendly.
History: If you guessed that she was raised on a farm somewhere in the west from the fact that she's dressed like a cowgirl and has a western accent, you'd be right. She was born and raised on a rather large fruit farm in Domino, Texas, where her family mainly grew apples, peaches and other various fruits. When she accidentally absorbed her family's tractor, several eyebrows were raised, including those of the ETG. When she was 14, she was captured by the ETG, and several tests were done on her. She escaped after a few months by breaking out of her cell and absorbing a machine gun from one of the soldiers. After escaping, she found her way back to her family's farm in Domino, but it was all but destroyed. Her house and barn were burnt down, the orchards were either burnt or chopped down, and all of the animals were killed. However, no matter how hard she looked, she didn't find her family or any corpses aside from those of the animals.
A few years later, she found the gifted city, which was later burnt down, of course. She was one of the few survivors of the city's annihilation. Having nowhere else to go other than Derika, she decided to board the ship to Derika. Hopefully this would be the last she would see of the ETG.

(( What are some of the laws in Derika? My character carries two pistols with him, so what will they think about that? ))
(((From what I understand) Mostly the same as the U.S. of America and similar countries, if a bit more lax, (meaning weapons are pretty legal) and with slightly more lenience toward violence and such disputes, but not towards murder, but then murder is harder on Derika when the hospitals have unexplainable healing majyx. You don't even need a license to hunt all the insurmountable crap on the island, so there's that.))
The boat pulls in close to the dock and Toby goes to grab his small amount of stuff. He walks off in the direction of the cabins and arrives there shortly. It's not a big boat, but it's not too small. He retrieves his two suitcases mostly containing clothes and heads back on deck to see the others already lining up to get on the dock. Toby's currently wearing a black coat with fur lining on the inside to keep him warm as it's November. He has his guns in holsters strapped to his belt, and he is wearing his gloves as usual. He taps the metal knuckle area of one of his gloves and grins. He can supercharge the metal bits in the gloves to be so much more powerful than they already are. It always helps him in fist fights. (Current look = profile pic but with a winter coat, no sword, and pistols in holsters on his belt.)

I NO LONGER USE THIS ACCOUNT MY NEW ACCOUNT IS YWZMATT!!!
[Valen] Oh great... Do we have to travel in group?
"Alright everyone, we're here. Brinkhaven is just off that way-"
It was true. Everyone could see the skyscrapers on the top of a volcano above the trees. Valen and subsequently the group head for Brinkhaven, following the barely outlined trail. The docks were basically abandoned. Maybe from lack of use? From what Valen's heard of the place, they're pretty self-sufficient.
(( So... Uh... Great, I have to ask again. What happened while I was gone? I don't have much time to read all your long posts and my brain isn;t ready right now to speed read... ))
I notice the water is starting to bend against my will, and notice a few tendrils of icegrowing within my water sculpture. I suspect another water user on board is messing with my skills, but th deck was too crowded to see who. I release the water back into the jar, not wanting to start a fight. I realize that the previously small shape of Derika in the distance is growing larger. I quickly run to my room at grab my single backpack, containing paper, string, pencils, and other every day utilities.
I rush back up to the deck, and eagerly await docking.

Netal had just woken up from a disturbing rest. He quickly shook it out of his head and looked around him. "Where are we? Last time I was awake, we were on a boat. Oh wait. I'm still on a boat." Netal looked around and saw some familiar faces. Saying aloud, "Where are we going exactly?" Netal stood up and stretched.

Jack is still stunned by his sudden appearance on THE BOAT WITH ALL THE OTHER GIFTED RANDOM PEOPLE ON IT.
And, as such, did not notice that they were now pulling into the... docking area of what appeared to be a city filled with towering... towers, really, they weren't exactly 'sky scrapers' because many of them didn't tower above the land in a giant terrace of metal and glass ((I think. XD))
Max stepped onto the ground of the island: the city visible atop a volcano.
Jenny casually walked up beside him and stopped.
"So is that the city we're supposed to be going to?" She said.
"In theory, yes it is." Max said. "I haven't been here myself. So I could be wrong."

((We are walking to Brinkhaven.))
The group disembarks the boat. After a long walk through a lightly forested area, the group arrives at the front of the bridge. The bridge to Brinkhaven is massive, stretching an incredible distance to the walled city on the other shore. Manned guard towers are periodically placed down the length of the bridge, with the entrance to the bridge to most heavily guarded. The group stops in front of the gates to the bridge, and after a moment, the gates rise to let the group pass. After another long walk own the seemingly endless bridge, the group arrives at the massive gate to Brinkhaven. The gates open with a rumble, revealing the lively city of Brinkhaven. City officials step forward and begin to process the group, taking their name, classification of power, and nature of their power. After that is all done, the group is free to explore the city.
((So... is Jack just suddenly, magically, part of the group now? I don't think you understand that he magically appeared in the midst of them without them knowing who he was/is... do you? T_T))

Jack sped away from the group of people that he still didn't know and ran around the city whilst gawking at all of the masterfully carved buildings - which made no sense, as they... mmm. Maybe they had been made underground and brought up here? And... why was he even here in the first place?((O_O I used present tense when I wrote that post. Then I edited it out. Thank god!))
