I got an M16A3 from UKARMS, and when I load in either a hi-cap mag or a standard-cap mag it fires about 3 times and then if I try shooting it makes a sound like I'm firing but either nothing happens or a BB just rolls out of the barrel. It continues to do nothing or just roll out of the barrle until I remove the mag and push the cleaning rod down the barrel and remove 1-3 stuck BBs. This happens on semi or full, but it usually works if I hold the gun upside down. What is NOT the problem: -I'm winding the hicap mag exactly as you are supposed to, so that shouldn't be the problem. -The battery is full on charge. I charged it for about 4 and a half hours. Please respond soon!
I'm not too keen on the technical side of airsoft but imma try to help. Is the gun lubricated? Is the magazine lubricated? Are you using high quality BBs?

Alright so, I am pretty good with airsoft guns, I have owned quite a few, so this is what I think is wrong. This sounds like an issue with the magazine. When you say that it works "Upside down" this is something I have seen quite a bit with friends guns. It may be due to the Mag not putting a bb into the "Firing Chamber" This is what I do, take a small screwdriver and take it to the Mag. try to push the mag. loading spring (or what ever the mag. uses to put BB's into the Chamber) and try to push it in and out a few times make sure that the mechanism is not stuck anywhere or on anything. Also I want to know if you have ever dropped the gun or hit it on anything? This could also be an issue with the "Firing chamber" what happens in an airsoft gun is: The trigger releases a pump that pushes air to the BB thus shooting it out, so this could also very well be an issue with the pump mechanism. It may be a broken seal or a broken part within the chamber. Let me know if you notice anything else and I will try to better help you, as of right now I can't guarantee what is wrong.

Just make sure you don't put ANYTHING in the barrel it can clog it and make for gunk building in the barrel.

I'm using 0.2 6mm bbs. The gun is brand new and has never been damaged, and I have never tried lubercating it, because I don't think that's the prblem. I can't use a screwdriver on the magazine's spring because it is a hi-cap magazine and it is completely sealed. The only openings on it is where the BBs load into the gun, and where you can store about 300 BB's in the chamber. I did some online troubleshooting and it seems like maybe the hop up is broken or the motor in the handle slipped out of place. I want to bring it to a professional but I do not know any places near me that deal airsoft stuff. Do you know if JC Paintball would look at a gun?
could be a more technical problem, the Hop-up? The gears stripped or broken, check your battery as well, make sure its charged and such, I have a different gun, but most airsoft guns have the same components. Open the gun up and check inside see if you see anything off that could be the problem

I would definitely recommend taking it to someone and have them look at it, I am not 100% familiar with JC Paintball but I looked them up for you, they DO sell air soft so someone there would likely help you. I still think this is an issue with the feeder or and issue within the mechanics and it just wont project the BB instead discharge it from the barrel. I hope you can get more help

Thanks for the help, I will bring my gun to JC paintball today or tomorrow. I'll just post another comment saying what happened to inform you what the problem was and how he/she fixed it (if he/she fixes it :/ ) so that you can help someone who has the same problem as I did.
EDIT: I can't go to JC Patinball because they don't fix guns with" certain" problems. ;(
Well, I tried shooting it one last time, and it seemed to jam a little bit less. Once I shot about 20 bbs with only 5 jams, I had to reload. I did everything correctly. Then when I put the mag into the gun, I head a VERY loud sound that sounded like hissing combined with metal on plastic about 50 times in one second. I ignored it at first and tried spinning the wheel on the bottom of the mag, and noticed that BB's were not feeding into the gun. I took apart the magazine, and a 4 foot long coil sprung out and flailed around my bedroom for about 5 seconds. It cut my face... Twice... DO NOT EVER GET THIS GUN: http://www.hobbytron.com/AirsoftAssaultRifleGunAEGWAA10CH3181.html#reviews
Airsoft guns are the cheapest things I swear... Bought a G363. The model had no spot to place the charger in, so the wires of the charger eventually snapped off.
Sorry to say, I have no clue how to fix it though.

It depends on where you buy airsoft guns from, they go from guns from the basic store that are plastic, to store that are only for airsoft that have metal guns.

Honestly, probably the most sensible suggestion. Personally, I think it might be a problem with the hop up.
Does the magazine have a little gear you spin to move the BBs upwards to start loading them? Have you tried spinning this while firing? I had an airsoft gun years ago that came with a little electric motor accessory that you attached to the bottom of the magazine which constantly winded the gear to load the BBs.

Yes it was a hi-cap magazine, and no i didn't spin it while shooting. Actually I may have... What do I do to fix it. The coil is all messed up, but i wound it up and shoved it into the gear the way that it was before but it's not attached to anything and I know it's supposed to be attached to something.
